Consistently courteous staff and good breakfast with lots of options.

We liked a top location, fashionable rooms and brilliant staff. The food was lovely with lots of choice! Hotel courteous customer service. Everything was perfect and within 15 minutes' drive of Lake Charles Regional airport.

Hotel's lobby was good, I loved it. The room was reasonably priced. Superb, nice hot breakfast. Enjoyed the pool and the views were exceptional. I didn't want to leave, spent wonderful time and would recommend.

Every detail was fine, including staff and location, I thoroughly enjoyed how clean the hotel was. They made my stay awesome. The property was in a nice area, so close to the casinos and food and stores and casino and local restaurants.

The staff was fairly friendly and the accommodation was quiet. Found in a nice enough area. Appreciated staying at the deluxe king room.

convenient hotel, clean, outstandingly accommodating staff and the beds were extremely comfy. i got free upgrade and appreciated it. i was pleased with good service too. food was fresh and i have nothing but really great memories from this trip.

Everything here was fine, people and service were exceptional. They had a quick check-in too. For sure, free wifi worked well throughout the property. Freshly cooked dishes in a superb restaurant.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an amazing base for staying in Lake Charles. We found the staff friendly!

Street was noisy. Mold in the room. The bed was broken here.

Hotel turned out to be very clean and the breakfast option was fantastic. The location was very close to shopping centers and stores. Excellent position in Lake Charles.
